In our culture, we don't necessarily work out in a hot field all day. Rather, we tend to hyperextend ourselves with busy schedules, hurrying from one event to the next, leaving ourselves frazzled ad gasping for breath. The solution is to force yourself to find time for rest, even if the purging of some activities is necessary.
